Overview

By engaging Celestial Works for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Specific project scope, timelines, and fees will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Services & Scope

We provide creative and technical services including web, software, design, and media production. Deliverables and timelines are defined per project. Changes outside the approved scope may require additional fees or revised schedules.

Payments

Payment schedules are defined in your project agreement. If PayHere is used to process payments, those transactions are also governed by PayHere Business Terms, Privacy Policy, and Limits & Fees. You are responsible for any transaction fees imposed by payment providers.

Bank details are shared only through our official WhatsApp or email. Always verify the beneficiary name as "Celestial Works PVT LTD" before sending funds. We are not responsible for payments sent to unverified or third-party accounts.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables become your property after full payment. We retain rights to pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how used to deliver the work.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services. You agree to treat our proposals and internal documentation as confidential.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celestial Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. You are responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date. Any prepaid amounts will be handled according to the Return Policy, with approved refunds processed within 3-7 business days.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
