Service-Based Work

Celestial Works provides custom services and digital deliverables. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of the project and work completed. Approved refunds are processed within 3-7 business days.

Deposits & Milestones

Deposits or milestone payments cover time and resources already allocated. If a project is canceled, any refund will account for completed work and non-recoverable costs.

Change of Scope

Scope changes do not qualify for refunds. We will document any scope updates and quote revised fees before work continues.

PayHere Transactions

If your payment is processed through PayHere, the PayHere Return Policy also applies. Any refunds initiated through PayHere will follow their timelines and terms.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us with your project details and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days with a resolution. Approved refunds are issued within 3-7 business days.
