Client Engagement
Payments & Billing
Projects typically use deposits and milestone billing. Invoices are due per the project agreement. Late payments may pause work until balances are settled.
Bank details are shared only through our official WhatsApp or email. Always verify the beneficiary name as "Celestial Works PVT LTD" before sending funds. We are not responsible for payments sent to unverified or third-party accounts.
Scope of Work
Each project includes a defined scope. Changes require written approval and may impact timeline or cost.
Timeline & Responsibilities
Timelines depend on timely client feedback, approvals, and asset delivery. Delays on either side may adjust launch dates.
Revision Policy
Projects include defined revision rounds. Additional revision cycles are billed at the agreed rate.
Acceptance & Sign-Off
Deliverables are reviewed within the agreed feedback window. Approval confirms acceptance and triggers the next milestone.
Maintenance & Support
Post-launch support is available via retainer or scoped support packages. Maintenance terms are defined per agreement.
